During French school holidays, the flat is let by the week, Saturday to Saturday. The €10 seven-night discount does not apply during the Christmas, February and summer holidays.
Availability
Tap your arrival day, then your departure day. As soon as we receive your request, we place an option on your dates: they stay held until we confirm.
Indicative nightly prices, based on the weekly rate. €10 off for 7 consecutive nights or more, except during the Christmas, February and summer holidays.
The weekly rate covers the flat and access to the residence's shared spaces: sauna, jacuzzi, fitness room, heated pool in summer, ski locker and car park. None of it is charged as an extra.

School holidays: Saturday to Saturday. During the French autumn, Christmas, February and summer holidays, stays start and end on a Saturday. The rest of the year, you choose your own dates.
On departure day, the flat must be vacated by 10 am, to leave time to prepare it for the next guests, who arrive from 3 pm.
End-of-stay cleaning is optional. If you would rather not take it, please contact us before you arrive and we will explain what is expected so the flat is left as you found it.
The security deposit is taken online, through Swikly. Before you arrive, we send you a link where you register your bank card for €300. Nothing is charged and your card limit is not blocked. If the flat is left in good condition, the deposit expires on its own a few days after you leave, with nothing for you to do. If anything is damaged, we tell you with photos before any deduction, which is limited to the actual cost of repair or replacement.
You tell us your dates, using the calendar above, on WhatsApp or by phone. As soon as we receive them, we place an option: your dates are held and no longer show as available to anyone else while we talk. We then confirm, a rental contract is drawn up, and the option becomes a firm booking once the advance payment is received.
There is no middleman, no platform fee and no commission. You deal directly with Karine and Romuald, who answer in person.

Our bank details appear only in the rental contract. We never change them by message: if you receive different bank details by email, text or WhatsApp, do not pay and call us.

Snow conditions, weather and ski-lift closures are not grounds for cancellation or refund. Mountains can be unpredictable, which is why we recommend travel cancellation insurance. Many premium bank cards already include it, so check yours.
