Good to know

First floor, no lift. Wi-Fi is available in the common areas, not inside the flat. Beds are in the living area; there is no separate bedroom. Dogs are welcome in summer only, under conditions (ask us); no pets in winter.

Where you sleep

The flat sleeps three. The beds are in the living area: there is no separate bedroom, and that is the first thing to know before booking. For a couple, a couple with a child, two friends or someone travelling alone, the space is comfortable. For three adults who do not know each other, it is worth knowing in advance.

The kitchenette

It is fully equipped, which is unusual for this size: dishwasher, hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and toaster. Over a week — and even more over a long stay — cooking here makes a real difference to the budget. The village shops are four hundred metres away and the market is on Saturday mornings.

The balcony

Nine square metres — a third of the indoor floor area, added outside. It faces the mountains and the Aure valley. In summer, that is where the end of the day happens; in winter, it also serves to dry out whatever comes back from the slopes.

What the flat is not

We would rather say this before than after. The flat is on the first floor with no lift. Wi-Fi only works in the residence's common areas, not inside the flat: this is not a place to work remotely from. There is no separate bedroom. Dogs are welcome in summer only, under conditions; no pets in winter.

To be confirmed

[À COMPLÉTER] Are bed linen and towels provided, or should guests bring their own? This is the most frequent question before booking and deserves a clear answer here.
