A human-scale residence of 45 flats, chemin de Vielle-Aure, facing the thermal baths, with a wellness area free for guests.
The residence's shared spaces
The Royal Milan residence is on chemin de Vielle-Aure in Saint-Lary-Soulan, directly opposite the thermal baths. It is an unusual position in the resort: the ski lifts are two hundred metres away, the baths one hundred and fifty, and the village centre four hundred. Everything is walkable, including with skis on your shoulder.
It has forty-five flats, which makes it a human-scale residence rather than a large complex: the shared spaces stay quiet, even in high season.
The sauna and jacuzzi are free for guests. There is nothing to pay and nothing to book: it is included in the rental. The fitness room works the same way. In summer, the heated outdoor pool opens — that is what sets this apart from an ordinary village rental when you come with children.
[À COMPLÉTER] Sauna, jacuzzi and pool opening hours are set by the residence and may vary by season.
A ski locker saves carrying gear back up every evening, and a locked bike room solves the question in summer. There is a car park, a shared laundry, and Wi-Fi in the common areas — but not inside the flats.
The shared lounge, with its stone fireplace, bar, pool table and table football, matters on a long stay or a rainy day: somewhere to go that is neither the flat nor a café.
